RAY MACIVER BENEFIT SET FOR SUNDAY, MAY 20


 
The Ray MacIver Benefit is on Sunday, May 20 from 2-8 PM at the Sanborn Fire Hall/Company (716-731-4616) at 5811 Buffalo Rd., Sanborn, NY 14132. It will include door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, a Chinese auction with beer, pop, food and music. Tickets are $20 each for adults, age 21 and under is $15 with age 3 and under being free. Ray was a former racer with his #68 plus was the 1995 and 1998 Ransomville Sportsman track champion. He sells tires at the Ransomville, Spencer and Lancaster tracks. He recently had a mechanical heart installed in March and is awaiting a heart transplant.

Tickets will be available at the tire trailer at Lancaster Raceway Park and Spencer Speedway, the dollar booth window at Ransomville Speedway, the Mike Short #5S Sportsman pit at Ransomville and the Ed Cain #23 Sportsman pit at Genesee and Ransomville Speedways.

90 West and Pat Andalora will be providing music for the benefit. Some of the auction items available are: racing tires, gas grill, porch swing, fire pit, area rug, car care items, oil changes, radiator flushes, dinner certificates, fishing items and the list goes on and on....

Dessert donations are needed for the dessert table. Please bring any baked goods, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc.
