CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF DAVE BLACK
The racing community has lost a true friend as Dave Black passed away this morning after complications from a stroke and a battle with lung cancer. He was with his family in North Carolina at the time of his passing.
Dave has been a long time supporter of racing at Lancaster as a car owner, driver and sponsor. He was known for his involvement in the Super/Street Stock and Late Model classes. Co-owner of D&G Welding, he is survived by two children and his wife Maryann who lives locally. Prayers from the racing community would be appreciated.
