DeLange Racing has 2006 Casey's T.Q. Midget champion Erick Rudolph in the #45 as a new Modified teammate to Bobby.

Bobby also competed in the '01 Oswego Race of
Champions Street Stock feature, and he was the '03 Oswego Race of Champions Sportsman polesitter. He finished 3rd in the 2004 Oswego R.o.C. SST Sportsman 100 event.
He led the 2005 Oswego Race of Champions Modified 200 for over 50 laps in his first Oswego Modified start.
He competed in the 2005 North-South Shootout SK Modified
50 event driving #8 at NC's Concord Motorsport Park along with New Smyrna, FL 2007 Modified action with the #22 (best finish of 9th) where he finished 10th in points. He's raced at Spencer, Tioga and Holland in his Sportsman #8 and at Wyoming with his Sportsman #56.
Bobby's grandfather Bob Holmes was the Lancaster '62 Supermodified champion with his Lazy #8 (dirt surface).
Bobby's uncle Ross Holmes won 8 Lancaster Modified features and was the '73 Lancaster and Spencer Strictly Stock champion.
Bobby's '04 title made him the first third generation champion in Lancaster history. |
